What to Expect

Skilled Professionals 

• We will perform a thorough visual inspection throughout the property to pinpoint any mold related issues.
• We will take 2 indoor air quality samples and compare it to an outdoor air sample. 
• We will use a thermal image camera to detect any moisture issues throughout the property.
• If needed, we will use a borescope to check for any growth in the vents.
• We are able to take air samples, swabs, and in-wall cavity samples.
• Once the inspection is completed, you will receive lab results from an accredited lab showing what kind of mold was detected and what the levels are along with a report going over what needs to be done to fix the problem if there is a problem.

Additional Fees

$50-$100

• Additional samples are $50 each.
• Air Sample

• Additional drive fee may be added if the property is outside of our service area.
• Expedited Results are $25 per sample.

How To Prepare For Your Inspection

Whatever your reason is for calling, make sure to reach out to a professional before doing remediation. This will help with knowing what kind of mold you're dealing with and you'll have a plan on how to properly get rid of it.

If you have visible growth, make sure not to clean it up. We can get you in within a day or two and will provide you with all the information needed to get rid of it as quickly as possible.

If you have air purifiers/dehumidifiers running, make sure to shut those off about 24 hours prior to the inspection and keep windows and doors closed. This will help get a more accurate reading of the conditions within the property at the time of the inspection.

We are a non-invasive company. If there is a problem area that we are not able to reach, please make sure to clear it up so the inspector can have access to it while on site.
